Jessica is a Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp. Her specialties include business psychology, change management, and business process improvement. With over 15 years of experience working in HR, Jessica holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Occupational Psychology and a Diploma in Business Management. She currently works with Culture Amp, a leading People & Culture Platform, helping companies improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
