In the recently published 2023 UK Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking survey conducted by Gallagher, the top challenges cited by respondents included, the relationship between getting the right benefits design and effectively communicating the benefits available.

Nearly all companies will be at different points on their benefits journey and understanding the nuances of benefits design and communication can often be overlooked.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Andrew spent 14 years accruing vast experience of HR technology and employee benefits. In 2017 Andrew started part-time study for his MBA, with a thesis on the impact leadership and culture have on creativity and innovation in an organisation. This ignited a passion for optimising the employee experience, something he now gets to impact every day, helping people feel different about work. He’s presented at a number of industry events, predominantly in the areas of HR technology, wellbeing and employee experience, with organisations such as REBA and Robertson Cooper.
