The Great Benefits Debate – Design vs Comms

-

About this Edition

In the recently published 2023 UK Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking survey conducted by Gallagher, the top challenges cited by respondents included the relationship between getting the right benefits design and effectively communicating the benefits available.

Nearly all companies will be at different points on their benefits journey, and understanding the nuances of benefits design and communication can often be overlooked.

In this podcast, reward expert Sarah Jefferys, Head of Reward Consulting at Gallagher, and Andrew Drake, Director of People Experience Consulting at Gallagher, put forward their cases in a lively debate about the importance of design vs. communication, which should you prioritise and why.
