Edvantage group retains ISO 9001:2000 certification for the fifth consecutive year

Brighton, May 01, 2009 – Edvantage group, an e-learning company and Managed Learning Service provider, has retained the International Organisation Standardisation (ISO) Quality Management System certification 9001:2000 for its Brighton office from the SGS Group.

ISO 9001:2000 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisations internal Quality Management System. It’s based on eight quality management principles: Customer focus; Leadership; Involvement of people; Process approach; System approach; Continual improvement; Fact-based decision making and; Mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

This is the fifth year that the Brighton office at Edvantage group has retained the certification demonstrating their ongoing commitment to providing clients with continual improvements surrounding the company’s Managed Learning Services.

The audit report observations highlighted the good level of control of project processes. Christine Nicol, Auditor, SGS group said, “The management team and staff should be commended for their obvious commitment to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System”.
