Doctors.net.uk relaunches jobs service

-

Following a relaunch of the jobs service at Doctors.net.uk, recruitment consultants and managers are set to benefit from more flexible and targeted campaigns. Doctors.net.uk is the UK’s largest and most active network of medical professionals and its jobs pages already attract 15,000 unique doctors every month.

A new portal will give recruiters greater autonomy throughout the recruitment process and an opportunity to manage their campaigns in a more effective way. The transformation of the site, which already enables recruiters to target doctors by seniority, speciality and location, is also set to increase recruiter visibility among candidates, thanks to an improved layout of job adverts.

As part of the overhaul, the Doctors.net.uk team has also introduced an improved range of candidate services. New functions, including simpler navigation, an advanced search facility and a comprehensive job alert option, are expected to drive greater numbers of doctors to the jobs pages and increase the number of applications made by the best qualified candidates.

Andrea Thornton, Doctors.net.uk’s head of recruitment, believes the network is in an unrivalled position to fulfil recruiter needs: “We’re in a privileged position at Doctors.net.uk to have great insight into the competing needs of recruiters, members and potential candidates. Based on our know-how we now have an unrivalled tool for the recruitment of medical professionals.”
