Adecco and The SJB Group announce a new senior level recruitment partnership

-

Adecco Group UK & Ireland and The SJB Group have today announced a strategic partnership designed to deliver senior and critical hire resourcing solutions in the IT and technology sectors.

The move comes in response to an increasing employer demand for niche and difficult to fill senior executive roles, fuelled by skills shortages at the senior level. Under the partnership, The SJB Group will offer its Critical Hire Outsource (CHOTM) service into existing Adecco Group services for established customers. The two organisations will also join forces to develop an integrated service offering to new customers where appropriate.

Commenting on the new partnership, Peter Searle, CEO of Adecco Group UK & Ireland, said: “Major clients are increasingly demanding the flexibility to bolt on senior and critical hire services within a traditional outsourced recruitment model. This partnership will enable us to deliver an end-to-end recruitment service, utilising best of breed service offerings.”

Chris Pickford, executive chairman of The SJB Group added: “CHOTM is a well-established and proven offering and joining forces with Adecco Group will create a unique service in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) market. At present there are very few ‘off the shelf’ offerings that cover both volume and critical hire resourcing solutions. Our strategic partnership fills that gap”.
