Ruth Penfold, Director of Talent AcquisitionShazam will be one of the expert speakers at our Innovation in Recruitment Summit located in Kensington Close Hotel on the 22 September.

Symposium’s Innovation in Recruitment Summit gathers the best HR specialists who share their exclusive expertise on how to attract the right talent to your company. We are happy to announce that one of them is Ruth Penfold, Director of Talent Acquisition at Shazam.

Ruthie has around 15 years experience in the recruitment industry. Her first 13 years were spent in a number of small, boutique largely contingency firms which set her up perfectly for the pace of the ‘StartUp’ space. She moved ‘in-house’ for Shazam in 2013, and now leads their global hiring. She believes that brilliant people are the lifeblood of any successful business and is excited to share her experiences in evolving the recruitment practices at Shazam with you all.

At Innovation in Recruitment, Ruth will be discussing ways to help build a strong employer brand at your organisation. Some of the points included will be:
