Santander launch school leaver programme

Santander has emphasised its commitment to investing in young talent with the launch of the Santander School Leaver Programme.  Following the launch of its graduate programme earlier in 2010, the School Leaver Programme has been designed for post A-level students interested in a career in financial services.  

The regional head offices in Belfast, Glasgow and Bradford are offering students the chance to gain invaluable on-the-job experience in a five year structured development programme.  Successful candidates will gain experience via a number of customer facing roles across the bank and contact centre networks, whilst also working towards achieving their Chartered Banker Status, a world-class professional qualification equivalent to a degree level qualification.

In addition to benefiting from Santander’s excellent career development scheme, school leavers that join Santander will also be entitled to a highly attractive rewards and benefits package.
