2,100 employers across the UK were asked about their first quarter hiring intentions in the latest edition of the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey.

The ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey is the longest running, most extensive, forward-looking employment survey in the world, used as a key economic indicator by both the Bank of England and UK Government.

More than a quarter of UK employers surveyed (27%) identified IT / data skills as being most in-demand, with 18% requiring administration / office support skills, and 17% looking for engineering skills.
