Prior to working with HRreview, Amelia was Editor of the Environmental Justice Project at the University College London, writing and overseeing articles into UCL’s weekly newsletter. Her previous academic work has focused on philosophy, politics and law, with a special focus on how artificial intelligence will feature in the future.

Sally has over 25 years’ experience supporting top teams of global organisations to transform leadership capability across some of the world’s leading brands including Tesco, Virgin and Nationwide. In her role at Gallagher, she is currently working on global programmes with Amazon, Hilton, Egencia and Walmart, helping to shape their culture to put people and customer front and centre, as they emerge from what has been a challenging, demanding few years.
