PQP re-accreditation success for Cascade

-

Cascade HR has been awarded prestigious Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) re-accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) – a reflection of the company’s ongoing dedication to payroll best practice.

The software specialists have achieved PQP status for another two years, having satisfied a number of stringent CIPP criteria. A body of evidence submitted by Cascade and scrutinised by a PQP assessor, proved that the company is wholly committed to employee development, which in turn equates to the highest quality payroll expertise and support for clients.

Client services director Heather Vitty explained: “Internally we know that we excel in terms of the continuous progression of our staff and the evolution of their professional competencies – the world of payroll is ever-changing and we are keen to always remain one step ahead of the game. However, official CIPP recognition cements our payroll credence and gives clients peace of mind that they are working with some of the industry’s finest.”

Having first secured PQP status in December 2010, Cascade is now fully re-accredited until December 2014. This acclaim, combined with Cascade’s listing on the HMRC’s recognised payroll providers register, illustrates that the team is as serious about payroll, as it is about HR.

Heather continues: “Our payroll employees are incredibly knowledgeable – they boast an abundance of qualifications including the CIPP diploma, CIPP payroll management degree, CIPP foundation degree in payroll management and CIPP practitioner certificate in payroll. Thanks to our close-knit team, the number of cross-skilling opportunities and Cascade’s lack of departmental boundaries, we can ensure this in-depth payroll expertise is spread throughout the whole business. This of course means clients receive an unparalleled level of service.

“To have been re-accredited indicates that we are a forward thinking company that does not rest on its laurels. Recession or no recession, our commitment is to continuously improve our people, processes and payroll punch!”
