“Ireland is yet another obvious base for our brand and with an emerging Insurance & Reinsurance Centre, we expect to gain significant market share from our presence in Dublin.”

“Matthew brings a wealth of experience recruiting candidates for such companies as BOS Ireland, HSBC Life & Reinsurance, and his appointment is in line with our commitment to gaining market share and continuing to offer the same quality services in Dublin that have made us successful in our other global centres.”

The appointment re-affirms Darwin Rhodes’ strong financial position, and its commitment towards growing the brand internationally.

Darwin Rhodes opened its Dublin branch in response to a major contract win to recruit all staff at Aon’s Dublin-based Centre of Excellence, at the end of 2008. It has since served as a springboard to developing the business in the region.
