Denton Wilde Sapte is ranked as one of the UK’s top two legal employers

-

Denton Wilde Sapte has been ranked in the top two law firms in CRF Institute’s Britain’s Top Employers guide 2010.

The firm is ranked alongside Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and above several City and national rivals. Other high-profile companies ranked in this year’s guide include IBM, Kentucky Fried Chicken and RPS group plc.

“We have taken part in the Britain’s Top Employers research for three years now and have seen improvements each year. This is a very gratifying result and demonstrates that our efforts to encourage feedback from staff, and take action as a result of it, is producing results,” says HR Director Margaret Brooks.

The guide is researched through a survey and interview process, and grades businesses on five categories: Pay and Benefits; Training and Development; Career Development; Working Conditions; and Company Culture.

Denton Wilde Sapte’s scores were as follows: Pay and Benefits – 5/5; Training and Development – 4.5/5; Career Development – 4.5/5; Working Conditions – 5/5; and Company Culture – 4.5/5. The Pay and Benefits and Company Culture categories show improvement on last year’s rankings.
