NorthgateArinso (NGA), a leading provider of award-winning HR solutions, is delighted to announce that Jason Davenport has been appointed Global Payroll Process Owner of Service Delivery. His appointment precedes his recent election to the CIPP Board of Trustees, and cements his position as a leading figure within the industry.

At NGA, Jason will be responsible for implementing and supporting service delivery standards for the overall NGA global payroll solutions, working alongside NGA’s euHReka Global Payroll Solution partners and internal operations teams. euHReka Global Payroll Solution, an end-to-end outsourcing solution for multi-country payroll, is NGA’s payroll outsourcing solution for companies looking to expand globally. In his new role Jason will ensure that standards for this service are clearly defined and applied across all of NGA’s euHReka Global Payroll Solution teams and partners.

Jason brings with him to the role a wealth of payroll outsourcing and industry experience, having worked previously for Logica delivering their outsourced payroll services across the UK and mainland Europe. His appointment to the CIPP Board of Trustees further reinforces his position as a key industry player, and he will be pivotal in helping move the organisation forward over the coming months.

Jason joined NGA’s UK Outsourcing Services Division in January 2009 and over the past three years he has been a driving force in supporting their payroll operations, both abroad by maximising NGA’s off-shore capability and encouraging the development of the India and Manila centres, and at home by implementing payroll operations for several new clients including Gatwick Airport, BSkyB and Lloyds Banking Group.

Mike Ettling, Chief Executive at UK headquartered NGA said: “Our global payroll outsourcing services continue to be a key focus area for the company. Jason brings to the helm invaluable insight experience to help us to continually push this forward. Through services such as euHReka Global Payroll Solution, NGA enables companies to reap the benefits of global payroll outsourcing, and I am confident that under Jason’s stewardship this solution will continue to offer a first class service to our customers”.

Jason Davenport said: “I am very proud of my appointment to the NGA Global Payroll Team, and I am looking forward to developing my work within NGA’s payroll solutions team and expanding my remit to global operations. Working with the CIPP over the last number of years has given me even broader insight into the talent and professionalism that is abound within our industry. I am truly excited to be joining the Board to support the continued development and direction of the Institute. I hope that my experience both within the UK and within the international markets can be leveraged to support the expanding network of the CIPP”.
