Leading recruitment franchise business Select Appointments is delighted to announce a brand partnership with the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) the official body for the UK recruitment industry.

David Buist, Director of Franchise Development at Select Appointments said: “We are very pleased to be entering into a business partnership with the REC which is recognised as the premier organisation for the recruitment sector in the UK.  It will bring many benefits to our business such as higher visibility, marketing, networking and training resources as well as advantages for REC members who join us as Select Appointments franchise owners.”

Many prospective franchisees may already be working in the recruitment sector and will be members of the REC.   When they purchase a franchise they will be able to take advantage of over  30 years of experience within the industry and the back-up and support of a national recruitment and franchise brand, whilst building their own local Select Appointments business.  As an exclusive offer to REC members, franchisees will also receive detailed mapping and demographic information for each territory.   This information will be invaluable to franchise owners as they build their business as it will allow them to target employers and job candidates more accurately.

Select Appointments was established in 1980 to provide a high-quality personalised staffing service to employers and job seekers.  The company is one of the UK’s leading staffing companies and recruitment franchisors and forms part of the Staffline Group plc, a London Stock Exchange AIM listed company and one of the UK’s largest and most successful recruitment businesses.

Select has been involved in franchising since 1992 and currently there are 27 Select franchise offices operating throughout the UK.  The company aims to expand the network to 100 franchise locations during the next five years.  Opportunities are available throughout the UK and Select is particularly keen to hear from potential franchise owners in the London and Greater London areas.
