Randstad Staffing launches free job posting

-

Randstad Staffing, part of the world’s second largest recruitment agency, has launched a new service offering employers the opportunity to post their vacancies online, for free. The free job posting initiative has been designed to help SMEs, local government and the third sector recruit new staff without incurring costs.

Andy Moss, CFO of Randstad Staffing said, “This is a very exciting launch for us. We have recognised that some of our SME, local government and third sector clients have struggled with the financial cost of recruiting new staff, in the wake of the financial crisis. We are therefore delighted to be offering employers this additional innovative, no cost alternative recruitment solution.

“Our new free job posting service demonstrates our commitment to shape the world of work. As the second largest recruitment agency in the world, we believe that we have a responsibility to promote the interests of our clients, our candidates, our employees and society. Initiatives such as free job posting will help to restore confidence in the UK labour market and encourage the growth of the economy as a whole.”

Employers can register on https://www.randstadstaffing.co.uk/dashboard/default.aspx , under the ‘my Randstad’ tab, and post jobs free of charge. Jobs can be updated and edited online and will be shown on the site for 28 days. Employers will then be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process themselves from responding to applicants, arranging interviews and sourcing the right candidate for the role from within their own ‘my Randstad’ account.

Jobseekers will find the new service useful as there will be an increased number of jobs on www.randstadstaffing.co.uk and they can continue to use their personalised ‘My Randstad’ dashboard to edit their CV and track all the jobs they have applied for.
