Pharmaceutical company appoints Cezanne Software to implement a Pan-European HR software solution

-

Otsuka Europe has selected Cezanne’s HR software solution to help them streamline key HR processes and improve management reporting across the European businesses.

Impressed by the multi-lingual capabilities of the software, the modules available and Cezanne’s extensive experience of rolling out global HR solutions, Otsuka Europe will utilise the software for HR administration, employee performance management and compensation & benefits administration across all their European operations.

In addition easy-to-use self-service features will enable Otsuka’s line managers to access accurate, up-to-date information about their teams on a timely basis. Cezanne’s extensive library of pre-formatted reports, together with graphical HR dashboards and inbuilt organisation charting tool, will provide Otsuka Europe with comprehensive HR management reporting aligned with the needs of the business.

“We have chosen the Cezanne Connect system for many reasons but primarily to enable and empower our employees. The system enables each country to enter information in their own language and currency and Japan and our European HQ to have reports in English and Euros” said Sarah Dixon, Head of HR for Otsuka Europe “It will also help us ‘work smarter’, freeing up time for the HR team to become more pro-active in recruitment, retention and personal development activities by automating our existing paper-based processes. In addition the HR team will be able to focus on more value-added HR activities and improve the HR service to the European businesses.”

We’ve been particularly impressed by their vision, understanding of the key issues, their partnership approach and their involvement of stakeholders across their operations at an early stage in the project. In our experience, these are the key success factors in a project of this scope and we are much looking forward to supporting them in achieving their objectives.”
