hyphen RPO announces new appointments for management team

Recruitment solutions provider hyphen RPO, a division of Adecco Group UK & Ireland, has appointed Jon Waters and Rory Jeffcock to join its management team.

Jon will join as Global Account Director for one of hyphen’s largest clients, Logica, while Rory will become Group Solutions Director, responsible for developing niche recruitment services.

Neil Jones, managing director of hyphen, said: “We’re delighted to welcome both Jon and Rory. These senior hires will help drive our strategic expansion plans into new global markets, as well as further enhance our commitment to continually improve the services we deliver to our clients. Their experience and knowledge of the sector will also bring an extra dimension to the management team.”

Jon joins the team from Capita where he was responsible for delivering RPO services to the BBC, covering a broad range of skill sets and geographies. Prior to the BBC, Jon spent six years at Imprint, working in executive search and selection.

Rory, who joins from global HR consulting business DBM global, has fourteen years HR solutions experience having left Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in 1997. Since then, Rory has been designing tailored Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions for businesses including Royal Mail, Freshfields, Amey, Royal & SunAlliance and 3i Group.
