Hyphen completes outsourcing deal with Aviva

-

Hyphen, the leading recruitment process outsourcer (RPO), has been appointed by Aviva – the sixth largest insurance group in the world, and the biggest in the UK, to manage the company’s recruitment.

The deal gives hyphen responsibility for all of Aviva’s permanent hiring in the UK, which amounts to 3000 hires per annum. The contract covers all skill sets and management levels (excluding senior and board level hires). hyphen’s service is underpinned by Peopleclick RMS, the web-based recruitment management system which tracks the entire hiring process.

Hyphen’s task is to transform and subsequently improve the recruitment service for the Aviva Hiring Managers. This will include increasing the transparency and efficiency of the recruitment service by implementing the Peopleclick RMS e-recruitment tool. Alongside this, hyphen will concentrate on improving overall candidate experience.

Neil Jones, Managing Director at Hyphen said: “This deal confirms hyphen’s unique role as a provider in the enterprise RPO arena, a position that the team have worked hard to achieve. This role of responsibility for hyphen marks the culmination of a longstanding relationship with Aviva, which has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years.

“Hyphen will continue to provide the same high level of service in managing Aviva’s complex and wide-reaching recruitment process in the future.”

Paul Awcock, Head of Recruitment at Aviva , said: “Aviva has successfully worked with hyphen for a number years, in a professional contractor managed service agreement. It is anticipated that this contract will leverage a holistic approach to resource planning and spend across Aviva, offering a world class e-recruitment solution and a higher touch customer experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates.”
