Cezanne Software announces the appointment of Caroline Simon-Michel as Chief Financial Officer

Cezanne Software, the leading European supplier of integrated SaaS and on premise HCM solutions for HR and talent management, has appointed Caroline Simon-Michel as Chief Financial Officer for the group.

Caroline brings considerable international expertise to the role. Working as part of the board and with the senior management team, her role will be to focus on supporting the company’s continued global growth.

Initially based in London as Finance Manager for the UK and Benelux, Caroline transferred to the United States in 2007 where she took responsibility for decision support and financial analysis activities as Group Director of Strategic Planning, a position that she held until her recent appointment as CFO.

Caroline said “It is with a lot of enthusiasm that I take on my new responsibilities as CFO of Cezanne Software. With a number of landmark commercial success in 2010, significant continued investment from customers such as Férrovié dello Stato, Wind, CSM, Bakkavor, Tod’s and strengthened focus on product development, Cezanne is especially well positioned to increase our market share in 2011.”
