Alexander Mann Solutions acclaimed as a ‘Leader’ in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) within the Everest Group’s annual ‘RPO service provider landscape and capability assessment’ report.

For the second consecutive year, Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) – the leading global provider of resourcing and talent solutions – was acclaimed as a ‘Leader’ in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) within the Everest Group’s annual ‘RPO service provider landscape and capability assessment’ report. This ranking was determined by Everest’s comprehensive evaluation framework PEAK Matrix, which analysed the Performance, Experience, Ability and Knowledge of AMS and more than 20 other established RPO service providers.

The report identified AMS as:
• ‘one of the pioneering pure play RPO providers’ and
• ‘one of the few that has capabilities and experience providing sophisticated solutions, such as blended RPO and global RPO, on its own.’

“We are delighted that Alexander Mann Solutions has once again been recognized as a global leader among recruitment process outsourcing providers,” commented AMS founder and CEO Rosaleen Blair. “Our people work tirelessly to build strong, highly effective working relationships with their clients, which made it particularly rewarding that RPO buyers questioned as part of the research had cited responsiveness as one of AMS’ key strengths.”

Everest Group’s research examined the dynamics of the global RPO market, which in 2011 was worth USD $1.4 billion in annualized spend and grew by more than 25% – making it one of the fastest growing single process markets in human resources outsourcing.

Everest Group vice president and co-author of the report Rajesh Ranjan added: “Our detailed, multi-faceted evaluation of the offerings in the RPO provider landscape repeatedly placed Alexander Mann Solutions among the top performers, clearly demonstrating their position as a Leader in the RPO service provider landscape.”
