12 annoying characteristics of a horrible boss (infographic)

This infographic from the guys at Office Vibe may be a little over dramatic in it’s headline, but the personality traits it details are spot on. I am pretty sure that I knew one or two bosses who had all these traits!

You may not agree that all these characteristics are actually bad ones to have in a boss (stubbornness, for instance,  could be a positive to enable leaders to see their vision through to the end). However, poor bosses probably display more than one of these traits and that is what marks them out.
