80 per cent of people actively look for flexible working options in prospective employers. So why do so few employers enable and support flexible working despite the fact that the ‘right to request’ flexible working for all employees has been in place for over two years?

We’ll be sharing our latest research findings to shed light on the needs, wants and challenges from both sides of the employee/employer fence.

Leading employers will be joining us to share their experience and the challenges and benefits of embracing flexible working.

The webinar will be posted by our webinar chair and HR expert James Marsh and our expert guest speakers will include Jennifer Liston-Smith from My Family Care, Ian Temple from Hydrogen,  Carolanne Minashi from UBS and Richard Seville from P&G.

The webinar will be hosted at 11am on the 9th November. You can sign up to listen for free here where you will also be able to take part in live polls and hear discussions on the results and send in live questions for the panel.
