Jaguar Land Rover came in at number one for the best employee in the UK

The UK’s best employers for 2016 have been revealed in a wide-ranging survey completed by Statista and commissioned by Bloomberg’s content and research division.

Over 15,000 UK workers, working for more than 1,600 UK firms were asked. “[They were] consulted anonymously through several online panels, which enabled the employee to openly state his/her opinion, avoiding any influence from their employer,” the study says.

Participants were also asked if they would recommend their employer on a scale of zero to ten; ten being “I would definitely recommend my employer” and zero being “I wouldn’t recommend my employer under any circumstances.”

Those working in the professional services industry were most likely to do so, while those working in government services were least likely.
