Supermarket chain, ALDI, has chosen NGA Human Resources to provide NGA ResourceLink Payroll via SaaS for their UKIE operations. The five year deal includes Payroll, Self-Service and Reporting to support ALDI’s rapidly expanding UKIE workforce.

ALDI Managing Director of IT, David Barter explains, “After making the decision to replace our old legacy technology, we conducted a review of the market, searching for a proven SaaS payroll and reporting solution that could support our large and complex payroll requirements.  Our objective was to find a reliable and proven solution with future proof technology to support us now and particularly during our future growth.  After an evaluation of the market we were extremely impressed by the NGA ResourceLink solution capabilities and have full confidence in NGA Human Resources as our Payroll partner both now and for the future. ”

Over the next five years, ALDI will enjoy the many benefits of the technology which will give them the ability to devolve employee information out to both employees and their managers, allowing individuals to take ownership of information held about them in NGA ResourceLink. In addition to this, the Reporting module allows ALDI to bring together disparate data from around the business and display it to people across the organisation in clear, easy to use dashboards. The Reporting services is built into the heart of NGA ResourceLink allowing users to report on a wide range of metrics through a library of standard reports or by building their own.

Jonathan Legdon, President of NGA HR in the UK says, “NGA ResourceLink is a powerful solution designed to help organisations take control and realise benefits in the rapidly changing workplace that we operate in today.   It is trusted by hundreds of companies already enjoying the many benefits it provides and we are looking forward to welcoming ALDI into the NGA HR user community.
