The Conservative Party machine is under pressure from the growing staff bullying scandal

The Tory MP is being accused of threatening to sack a member of staff who asked to take four weeks off work sick on the advice of her doctor.

In response to the request the Telford MP Lucy Allan reportedly launched a ‘vicious’ verbal attack in response to the female staff member and suggested that she may have a drinking problem.

Allan also labeled  the staffers sickness excuse as ‘pathetic’, the Evening Standard reported.

In a recording of a telephone conversation disclosed by the Evening Standard, Ms Allan is heard telling the alleged bullying target Arianne Plumbly after she asked for sick leave: “I’m not paying you for that then; it’s ridiculous” and told her she had “pissed around on my life”.
