The positioning was determined by Everest Group’s comprehensive evaluation framework PEAK Matrix, which analysed the Performance, Experience, Ability and Knowledge of Alexander Mann Solutions and more than 20 other established RPO service providers and designated AMS as a Star Performer based on its year-on-year movement on the Everest Group PEAK Matrix.

“Experience in sophisticated solutions (blended RPO, multi-country RPO) as well as ability to provide strategic value added services such as workforce planning, employer branding, and analytics are Alexander Mann Solutions’ key differentiators in the market place”, said Rajesh Ranjan, Vice President for Everest Group.

“More than two-thirds of organisations in a recent Peoplefluent survey said it is very important to have a comprehensive view of performance, but fragmented systems and processes work against developing one”, commented Rosaleen Blair, Founder and CEO of Alexander Mann Solutions.

“Most organisations today operate with a disparate array of systems to manage recruiting, compensation, performance assessment, succession planning, learning, workforce analytics, contingent workforce management, exit and engagement”.

Alexander Mann Solutions believes now is the time to create a ‘unified exchange’ for both internal and external talent – where capability can be viewed, planned for, acquired and managed and where strategic workforce planning properly matches the total demand to total supply picture.

“We are today delivering and refining a unified set of solutions for our clients that deliver this comprehensive view” Blair concludes.
