Xpress Recruitment launch new executive search and selection division

Edinburgh-based Xpress Recruitment, specialists in hospitality, retail and sales recruitment, has appointed Willie Wood as Director of its new Executive Search and Selection Division.

The new service is specially designed to address the needs of the highly competitive senior executive recruitment market within the hospitality industry. It provides a tailored, strategic and planned approach for clients looking to make changes within their senior management. This includes in-depth consultancy on the positions being offered and discreet evaluation of the candidate marketplace on a strictly confidential basis.

The Executive Search and Selection Division also aims to attract the best candidates looking for jobs earning £50k or more by providing expert analysis of the hospitality recruitment landscape and inside information on potential roles at the top end of the market. Thorough knowledge of the roles offered by clients means Willie Wood can place candidates in ideally matched positions.
