NorthgateArinso (NGA), a leading provider of HR services and software, is delighted to announce it has won Outsourcing Provider of the Year at the prestigious Pay & Benefits Awards.

The awards, held by Pay & Benefits magazine, recognise the accomplishments of payroll, reward and the outstanding professionals working in this sector, and are judged by an independent panel of experts.

The Outsourcing Provider of the Year category looked for the organisation that had provided an excellent service over the past year, through their relationship with customers, commitment to professionalism, high ethical standards and innovative methods of delivery. As winners, the judges recognised NGA’s steadfast dedication to its clients, whilst continuing to grow and differentiate itself as a strong contender and leader in the market space.

In particular, NGA were accredited for the confidence and efficiency they use to get to grips with complex payroll systems, and praised for their consistency in providing a quality service which is continually refined and improved in order to achieve outstanding performance.
