Political leaders invited to learn the art of engagement

Facing the toughest challenge of their careers, leaders of political parties invited to learn the art of engagement.

Members of the cabinet and shadow cabinets of all the major political parties are being invited to attend recently launched Art of Engagement, to help them get the best from their teams and engage voters in the run up to the election.

Created by workplace engagement specialists Best Companies, the name behind The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For lists, Art of Engagement helps leaders get their hands on best practice techniques and develop strategy through eight zones such as My Team and Giving Something Back.

All political parties want to ‘get into the heads’ of voters over the next few weeks, and one of the zones at the event actually offers the opportunity for delegates to get inside a giant head and view life through the eyes of a disengaged person.

Hosted in a 60,000 square foot, purpose-built, temporary structure at Milton Keynes National Bowl for the next six months, the Art of Engagement is seeking to attract 5,000 leaders and managers from over a thousand UK organisations.
