GradWeb, the volume recruitment outsourcing, technology and assessment company, announced today a new name, brand, and logo. The new Amberjack brand reflects the evolution of the business, its strategy and passionate focus on exceeding clients’ needs.

“We’ve seen significant acceleration in growth, performance and innovation. Our new Amberjack brand better reflects where our business is today and the vision we have for the future,” commented Cynthia Bostock, chief executive.

In 2000, GradWeb spotted the potential for graduate recruitment early on, blending bespoke assessment, a web-based volume Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a campaign management approach. Since then the business has evolved as the future talent market has changed.

Continual innovation means their solutions now include apprentices, interns and school leavers, as well as experienced hires and volume recruitment. As ever, client and candidate experience is always front of mind. Today Amberjack’s clients include Atkins, BP, GSK, Mars, Morrisons, RB and Unilever.

The engaging new Amberjack brand is friendly and personal, with no restriction on future growth potential. The name was inspired by two words that came up consistently in conversations with their people and clients – ability and agility. These two words, coupled with Amberjack’s other values make them who they are, a valued partner and passionate collaborators, striving for better.

The rebrand also represents a transformation for their recruitment technology. The award-winning ATS, GradWeb3, is now Ambertrack. Along with the new name, they have introduced some exciting new features – personalised candidate feedback, contextualised screening, Net Promoter Scores and integrated video assessment. What hasn’t changed is it’s still the ultimate tracking tool for volume recruitment.

“The market has evolved significantly since we first established the business. The new Amberjack brand represents our commitment to build on our proud heritage, continuing to innovate and delivering long-term success for our clients,” commented Jonathan Butler, Founding Director.
