ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced that it has been awarded with placement into the “Winner’s Circle” of the latest Blueprint report on talent acquisition solutions by HfS Research®, a leading independent analyst firm.

Highlighting the ability of ADP® Recruitment Process Outsourcing to promote strong engagement with clients and integrate meaningful technology throughout the recruiting process, HfS Research also recognized ADP for its industry vision and investment in future capabilities.

“Businesses operating and expanding globally today are seeking to reinvigorate their talent acquisition approaches yet remain agile in the face of uncertainty in sustained economic opportunities and labor supply and demand worldwide,” said Christa Degnan Manning, Senior Vice President, Global Workforce and Talent Strategies practice of HfS Research and author of the report. “ADP RPO scored high marks with clients for its flexible customer centricity and commitment to treat an outsourcing relationship like a mutual partnership to achieve consistently positive and relevant results.”

The HfS Blueprint was designed to identify relevant differentials between service providers based on two key drivers: Innovation and execution.  Those identified in the “Winner’s Circle” are providers that have exemplified these characteristics through strong client relationships, relevant delivery solutions and flexible offerings to help meet client needs.  Recognized for its quality account management teams and ability to engage customers, ADP also was lauded by HfS Research for its ability to deliver value to clients.

“Talent acquisition strategies have evolved significantly due to technology advancements, globalization and generational shifts,” said Terry Terhark, President of Talent Acquisition Solutions at ADP.  “Business leaders understand more than ever that the critical ability to attract talent will drive innovation and future company growth.  ADP is proud to be recognized for our market-leading offerings.  This distinction is a testament to our ongoing work helping our clients achieve innovative and strategic talent acquisition solutions on a global level.”

With the ability to seamlessly combine with other ADP platforms and services, ADP RPO  offers clients a full range of end-to-end workforce solutions, creating a one-stop shop for the ongoing associate experience including time and attendance, payroll, and benefits administration.
