New strategic alliance brings benefits for Warren Partners clients

-

employeeengagementLeading independent executive search consultancy Warren Partners has established a new strategic link to offer leadership coaching, transition coaching and Board development to clients.

The consultancy is joining forces with Judith Nicol. Judith, who set up Athene Leadership Coaching, and her colleagues offer clients a bespoke service enabling leaders to identify and work on key priorities for their own development and for their businesses. The coaching team also tackles wider issues such as leadership flexibility, stakeholder management, how to build strong teams and networks and how leadership impacts organisational culture.

“A key aspect of the Warren Partners offer has always been to help organisations and leaders to evaluate their performance – we don’t simply advise on executive search,” explains managing director Vicky Lawton.

“Clients tell us they find it very valuable to have a trusted, independent voice which knows their business and can challenge their approach or expectations. Developing this support into a tailored service was the next logical step for us.”

The new service includes:
• transition coaching service for leaders who are new in role
• one to one leadership coaching for CEOs, Board Directors and high potential Board talent, to help these individuals excel in their leadership roles
• systemic board evaluation, turning a corporate governance requirement into a transformational process.

Added Joëlle Warren, executive chairman of Warren Partners: “Judith’s background with international executive search firms makes her an ideal partner to help us deliver this new service to clients. She has also served as our non-executive chairman, so she really understands our values and ethical approach. We’re looking forward to introducing her to clients and identifying the benefits coaching can bring to established executive leadership teams and newly appointed candidates.”

Judith Nicol started her leadership coaching practice in 2002. She has worked with many CEOs, Board Directors, talented leaders and senior leadership teams in FTSE 100, 250 and mid-cap companies, as well as with smaller and venture capital backed organisations and in the not-for-profit sector.
