Health cash plan helps TotalMobile attract and retain employees

-

benefitsTotalMobile Ltd in Northern Ireland has found its health cash plan is instrumental in attracting and retaining staff. Provided by healthcare provider Simplyhealth, TotalMobiles’ health cash plan now forms a key part of its recruitment drive.

The cash plan provides a range of benefits for TotalMobile’s 98 members of staff, which includes visits to the dentist and the optician as well as trips to the physiotherapist and chiropractor.

Olga Pollock HR Executive at TotalMobile comments: “In this climate when it’s not so easy to give pay increases, the Simply Cash Plan is an affordable benefit that employees really value and it’s been great for morale.

“Previous initiatives have been limited to certain groups of employees, for example childcare vouchers, but this scheme ensures that everyone benefits.

“The Simply Cash Plan now forms a key part of our recruitment and retention package, allowing us not only to retain existing employees but to help us to recruit the best people from the market.

“We are finding more and more that potential employees are not only interested in the salary they will receive but in other benefits that are available to support them and their families. This type of plan is of particular interest as individuals are able to see how it will be of use to them on a regular basis.”

Howard Hughes, Head of Employer Marketing said: “We are delighted to be working with TotalMobile. Health cash plans are often seen as affordable ways for organisations to reward staff and to invest in their health and wellbeing. It’s fantastic to hear that our health cash plan is having such a positive impact on new and existing employees and we are pleased to receive such positive feedback.”
