Xchanging appoints global head of implementation

Xchanging (LSE: XCH), a global business processor, has appointed James Kruger as Global Head of Implementation. James’ remit includes delivering major change programmes and implementing best practice methodologies across Xchanging. He will be based in London and will report to Kerry Purcell, Head of Asia Pacific.

James has a strong background in delivering strategic technology programmes in large organisations. He joins Xchanging from Barclays Global Retail Bank in London where he was Global Head of the Programme Management Practice.

Commenting on the appointment, David Andrews CEO of Xchanging said, “With our increased focus on customers and service delivery, implementation plays a vital role in delivering projects both externally and internally. James brings to Xchanging an excellent balance of strategic and operational IT experience as well as international programme management expertise. I welcome him to Xchanging”.
