Katie is the founder of Cool2BTrans, an organisation dedicated to supporting and inspiring other trans individuals and educating everyone on trans issues. She uses storytelling and humour to break down barriers and create more inclusive workplaces. Katie has appeared on both ITV and BBC and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures, and Commerce in 2021.
