Access People provides HR software to small, growing and mid-sized businesses across various industries. The addition of Eploy brings applicant tracking and recruitment management tools into Access Group’s existing portfolio, which already includes payroll, employee engagement, learning management and workforce solutions.

It supports recruitment functions across multiple sectors, with an established customer base primarily in mid-sized and enterprise organisations. Recruitment capabilities bolstered for HR tech customers

Charles Butterworth, Managing Director of Access People, said the acquisition would strengthen the company’s ability to offer a comprehensive hire-to-retire solution.

“Eploy represents an exceptional addition to our Access People ecosystem. The proven expertise and innovation demonstrated by the Eploy team, combined with their platform, create opportunities for delivering enhanced hire-to-retire solutions. We are thrilled to welcome Eploy into our Access People portfolio,” he said.

Eploy’s mobile-optimised design, automation tools and real-time dashboards aim to increase recruitment efficiency while helping employers maintain compliance and enhance user experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The company’s emphasis on measurable outcomes and flexibility has allowed it to position itself as a scalable solution for organisations looking to modernise their recruitment strategies. Its technology is already used by businesses aiming to streamline operations while remaining aligned with internal governance and external regulations.

Alignment on growth and product development

Chris Bogh, CEO and founder of Eploy, expressed optimism about the company’s future within The Access Group structure.

“Joining The Access Group represents an exciting new chapter for Eploy. We have been impressed by their customer-centric approach and dedication to product excellence. We are excited to join a team where we can accelerate our vision, enhance our customer experience and contribute to a larger mission of empowering businesses through technology,” said Bogh.

The integration is intended to benefit existing Eploy customers through greater access to Access Group’s wider portfolio and service infrastructure. Both parties highlighted shared values around product development, customer experience and providing scalable business management software.

Butterworth added that the acquisition supports the firm’s wider growth strategy across the UK and internationally.

“This strategic agreement reinforces our commitment to providing quality people management solutions and supports our international growth strategy. We look forward to welcoming Eploy customers, partners and employees into The Access Group family.”
