North Midlands based recruitment and HR support solutions business, Red Rock Partnership Ltd, is set to continue its significant growth story after securing a new invoice finance facility from Santander Corporate Banking.

Red Rock is a nationwide business that was incorporated in 2006 and is now supplying more than 4,000 contractors per day. In 2010 the firm launched its branch network, offering bespoke solutions in local markets across a wide range of sectors including food, warehousing, commercial and healthcare.

The company now has branches in Birkenhead, Leeds, Leicester, Lincoln, Motherwell and Peterborough. Red Rock, which also has 24 on-site locations, set up an employment law division in 2011, covering employment law, human resources, employment tribunal support and representation, health and safety, and employee training.

Possible areas for the future growth of Red Rock include the expansion of the branch network and continued development of the employment law division. The financial arrangement with Santander will see the bank provide a new invoice finance line and business card facilities. In addition, Red Rock has transferred all its banking facilities to Santander
