Ready for a Re-Think on Learning? Head for SkillSoft’s Café 2009

-

Anyone involved in HR and training should mark 23 June 2009 in their diary. SkillSoft will be holding its annual Café at Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London – and already the e-learning specialist has brought together some of the most visionary authorities in the field to talk and help guide the way on this year’s theme, Rethinking Learning.

SkillSoft says that it has chosen this topic as, “creativity and innovation are imperative as we face the changes and challenges in the coming year”. It believes that this year’s Café will provide a valuable forum for professionals to discuss with their peers and learn from the experts about the future of training and how it is evolving to meet current needs.

Speakers will include Nigel Barlow, creative coach to many of the world’s leading companies, from Apple to Unilever and author of Re-Think: How to Think Differently plus Amanda Clarke, author of Questions for Success. There will also be an opportunity to learn from the SkillSoft executive team, as well as from customers SITA and SAP about their learning and development experiences.

Breakout sessions will include seminars on “Brain Science and e-Learning”, “Performance Consulting” and “Competencies and Why do they Matter to Your Organisation?”
