Talentia Software, a leading international supplier of HR and finance software solutions, today celebrates its official UK launch with the release of a new corporate performance management platform. Talentia CPM is a flexible, collaborative solution for consolidation, budgeting and reporting designed to provide organisations with reliable key performance indicators to guide operational and strategic decision making.

Talentia Software was formed following the acquisition by leading financial management software supplier, Lefebvre Software, of Cezanne Software Holding Ltd, an established international HR and talent management software supplier, in February 2013. The two companies subsequently rebranded in April 2013 to better reflect Talentia Software’s new range of HR and finance solutions and its unified international status.  With over 25 years’ experience, Talentia Software is launching its Corporate Performance Management [CPM] solution in the UK, and will continue to deliver Human Capital Management [HCM] solutions internationally.

“Managing the performance of your organisation and the valuable people who serve it means making tough decisions along the way to ensure business success in a highly competitive environment,” commented Julie Windsor, Managing Director of Talentia Software UK. “Overcoming constant business challenges requires the right tools to help guide strategic decision-making in an efficient way. This is an exciting time in the history of our company as Talentia Software now brings together proven and leading-edge software solutions in two critical business functions, to better enable companies to improve efficiencies and achieve competitive advantage.”
