Hays is awarded American Express Contract

Hays has been awarded a contract by American Express, the leading global services company, to provide a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution for all permanent hiring across Europe.

The end-to-end solution combines both on- and off-site delivery, with in-country presence ensuring local knowledge and understanding is upheld throughout the entire recruitment process.

Les Duncan, Managing Director of Hays Corporate Accounts, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with American Express for their strategic recruitment outsourcing across Europe and are confident that the Hays team will deliver significant benefits very quickly.
