Computershare Voucher Services enters the employee benefits market

-

vouchersComputershare Voucher Services (CVS) has joined forces with Salary Exchange to enter the wider employee benefits market, with a great range of products designed to save employees money.

‘Computershare Salary Extras’ was created in response to employer repeatedly asking CVS for extra schemes to support their staff.

Demand has increased in the current challenging financial environment as employers look for cost-effective ways to reward their staff

CVS now leaps from being the UK’s largest childcare voucher provider to having nine products on a flexible easy to use system – able to cater for organisations of any size.

CVS Managing Director Julian Foster said: “Customers have been asking us to take our proven expertise in employee benefits and extend it to other reward areas.

“It’s hard for almost any business to offer staff the sorts of pay rises they deserve in hard times like these and this is an efficient way to help solve that problem.”

The CVS website, call centre and UK-wide field sales network will offer the services and support from 1st March 2013

“Customer service is what we’re focused on. We’re proud that 100% of our vouchers go out on time, we answer phone and deal with queries quickly. That same ethos is going into these new products.”

CVS’ 13,000 client companies, with a total combined staff of two million will have first access to the new products.

Salary Exchange director Catherine Bennett said: “We are delighted to be working alongside CVS providing a wealth of additional benefits for their customers.

“A joined-up approach to offering all benefits from one branded platform is definitely the way the market is going, and this solution fits that perfectly.

“The Salary Extras approach has proven tremendously popular particularly in the current economic climate”
