CM Group’s Luminosity Reach Learning Management System a Top UK LMS

-

CM Group continues to underline its leadership in innovative learning solutions with its Luminosity Reach next generation Learning Management System (LMS) being recognised as one of the Top UK LMSs.

This follows Luminosity Reach’s global top 10 award in January 2014 and global number two award for best mobile LMS in August 2014.

Now Luminosity Reach has been identified as a top UK LMS, as part of the ‘Finding the best’ feature published in e.learning age Magazine. The feature’s author, Craig Weiss, is an eLearning industry thought leader and the man behind E-Learning 24/7. Weiss was named as 2014’s second most influential person for eLearning globally.

Weiss described Luminosity Reach as a “Very smooth and fine learning platform. With a slick modern UI for learners and administrators, gamification, social… the system delivers. Oh, did I mention that it is mobile responsive (e.g. it will auto-detect the type of mobile device screen and change view to one applicable for that device)?”

Luminosity Reach empowers organisations and their extended enterprise by providing learners with the learning content they need, wherever and whenever it’s needed. The dual benefit of cloud technology and mobile content delivery enables Luminosity Reach to provide learners with easy access to a wide range of learning content, including eLearning courses, training and reference materials, and performance support tools across the widest possible range of devices, including the latest tablet and smartphone devices.

With its Learning Record Store (LRS), Luminosity Reach supports Tin Can (Experience API) in addition to SCORM, enabling learning activities to be tracked in much richer detail. Learning experiences occurring inside and outside the LMS, such as learning activities via mobile learning Apps, can be captured and reported – increasing the understanding of learners’ development paths.

Tim Buff, CEO and Chief Learning Strategist at CM Group said, “Some of the largest organisations in the UK, including Virgin Trains, Telefónica, NOW TV, Microsoft, RBS and Three, are already experiencing the benefits of Luminosity Reach. Following the ‘Top 3 Mobile LMS’ and ‘Top 10 LMS in the World’ awards achieved earlier this year, Luminosity Reach continues to be recognised as a market-leading solution in the UK and worldwide.”
