Cascade crowned with PQP accreditation

-

Cascade HR has received prestigious Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) – a reflection of the company’s dedication to best practice in the development of its payroll staff.

The software specialists achieved PQP status by meeting stringent CIPP criteria, designed to scrutinise Cascade’s commitment to ultimately providing clients with the highest quality payroll expertise and support.

Client services director Heather Vitty explained: “Every department within our business contains specialists that we refer to as being PAPs – passionate about payroll.

“We have always known internally that we excel in terms of the continuous development of these incredibly valuable employees and their professional competence. However official CIPP recognition reinforces to our clients and peers in the outside world that we are true to our word.”

Cascade was tasked with submitting a body of evidence to the CIPP, to prove the company’s historic and ongoing commitment to all important personnel processes such as induction programmes, the identification and fulfilment of training needs, and appraisals. The submission was then supported by confidential testimonials from members of the Cascade team.

Heather continued: “We were notified of our success late last month, and we were of course delighted. The PQP accreditation, on top of the HMRC seal of approval that we receive year upon year for our software, illustrates that we are as serious about payroll as we are about HR.

“Whilst we’re proud of this achievement though, we’re not about to become complacent. The accreditation lasts two years so we will continue to work hard to ensure it can be renewed again and again.

“Already our team boasts an abundance of qualifications – including the IPP diploma, the IPP payroll management degree, and the IPP practitioner certificate in payroll – so the opportunities for our very passionate staff to progress are perhaps endless.”
