This discussion will be hosted by experts including Debbi Jackson, assistant director for family related leave and pay at department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), Carolanne Minashi, global head of diversity & inclusion at UBS and Jennifer Liston-Smith, head of thought leadership at My Family Care/Bright Horizons.

Monica Sharma is an English Literature graduate from the University of Warwick. As Editor for HRreview, her particular interests in HR include issues concerning diversity, employment law and wellbeing in the workplace. Alongside this, she has written for student publications in both England and Canada.
