This discussion will be hosted by experts including Debbi Jackson, assistant director for family related leave and pay at department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), Carolanne Minashi, global head of diversity & inclusion at UBS and Jennifer Liston-Smith, head of thought leadership at My Family Care/Bright Horizons.

The topics discussed will include:

  • An overview of the Government’s consultations surrounding parental leave
  • Sharing experience of dealing with parental leave from an employer’s perspective
