“Our latest research reveals that recruitment intentions are increasing, meaning there will be more competition for talent, so it’s more important than ever for recruiters to step up their game when it comes to resourcing. We’ve seen some really innovative entries this year and now we’re gearing up for the next stage in the judging process. We look forward to recognising and celebrating the success of this year’s winners.”

Anthony Moran, Marketing Director, Redactive Media Group, comments: “With UK unemployment rates falling by another 6.8% to 2.2million (ONS) you can certainly see the direct correlation between this five-year low and the quality and quantity of multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns entered into this year’s awards. As usual, the level of creativity and innovation shown, especially when considering individual budgets, always seems to surpass the expectations of those involved, and that’s what makes this industry great.’’

In addition to the 18 categories below, a ‘Grand prix Award’ will be presented to a category winner that has produced the most outstanding recruitment marketing activity of the past year.
