The CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, has revealed this year’s finalists for the annual CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards (RMAs). There were over 250 entries, who have now been shortlisted across 18 categories by a judging panel of industry experts.
The Awards recognise creative and impactful recruitment marketing campaigns that demonstrate return on investment and effective use of an ever growing variety of media channels. Produced in association withPeople Management Magazine, the results of the Awards will be presented at a black tie dinner on 16 July at The Brewery, central London.
Claire McCartney, Resourcing and Talent Planning Adviser at the CIPD, comments: “The CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards continue to provide reward and recognition for excellence and professionalism in recruitment marketing and talent management.
“Our latest research reveals that recruitment intentions are increasing, meaning there will be more competition for talent, so it’s more important than ever for recruiters to step up their game when it comes to resourcing. We’ve seen some really innovative entries this year and now we’re gearing up for the next stage in the judging process. We look forward to recognising and celebrating the success of this year’s winners.”
Anthony Moran, Marketing Director, Redactive Media Group, comments: “With UK unemployment rates falling by another 6.8% to 2.2million (ONS) you can certainly see the direct correlation between this five-year low and the quality and quantity of multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns entered into this year’s awards. As usual, the level of creativity and innovation shown, especially when considering individual budgets, always seems to surpass the expectations of those involved, and that’s what makes this industry great.’’
In addition to the 18 categories below, a ‘Grand prix Award’ will be presented to a category winner that has produced the most outstanding recruitment marketing activity of the past year.
