Infographic: The direct recruitment model

-

cut recruitment costsThis infographic, created by in-house recruitment consultancy Hiring People, provides a guide from the discussion to recruit, right the way to offering a candidate a position. Hiring People claim that, if followed, in-house recruiters could save a significant amount of money, and gain themselves the perfect new employee in the process.

One of the biggest incentives to businesses for choosing a direct recruitment model is the saving. Some recruitment agencies can charge up to 25 percent of the wage as a finders fee. This additional cost is simply not affordable for many businesses, and this saving can be put to better use elsewhere in the business. According to Hiring People, with a direct recruitment model such as the one represented below, it is inexpensive, and organisations can still get the same great employee that any recruitment agency would provide.
