-

Global resourcing and talent management provider Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has brought in recruitment data expert Nina Bosco to head up their Sourcing Intelligence team.
Nina Bosco is amongst a raft of new hires at AMS – recently identified as a ‘Leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing’ in global business consulting and research firm the Everest Group’s annual ‘RPO service provider landscape and capability assessment’ report – and will be located at the company’s UK headquarters at Waterhouse Square, Central London.

AMS Global Head of Sourcing Adam Lawrence commented: “Any business that wants to stay competitive is working on harnessing the power of data. The best businesses are being very proactive in the way they analyse and action what they learn from customer data. We’re planning to bring some of this approach to recruitment, giving our clients actionable insight that drives strategic decision making.”

Nina Bosco, who will form an integral part of AMS’ global sourcing team, added: “I’m very excited about the opportunities my role at AMS presents–especially in terms of how we view and use data in recruitment.”
