Penna picks Julie Towers

International HR consulting group Penna Consulting has appointed Julie Towers as managing director of Penna Resourcing Solutions.

The former chief executive of Tribal Resourcing begins her new role today.

Gary Browning, chief executive of Penna, says: “Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across all of the recruitment areas in which we operate and I am looking forward to welcoming her to Penna and working with her in the future.”
