The apprentice team of the year will be crowned on 8th July.

The Brathay Apprentice Challenge offers an enhanced apprenticeship experience that benefits both apprentices and their employers. During the Challenge apprentices learn team building, leadership, communication and logistical skills that they then take back to the workplace. Employers have noted increased skills among competing apprentices and a higher local profile for their organisations through positive CSR opportunities.
