New Job Postings Up 271%

-

Online employment services for both recruiters and job hunters, has reported record breaking results in November.

The number of new employers who signed up to the service during last month was up by 189% compared to registrations made during October, and the volume of new jobs uploaded to the site increased by a massive 271% during the same period.

Staffbay.com co-founder Elliot Kidd says: “Against a constant narrative of recession, it’s really refreshing to announce the fact that there have been a significant number of new jobs posted this month.

“In these tough economic times, we recognise that recruitment has to be cost effective. What Staffbay.com does is to provide potential employers with no-cost access to a searchable database of professional and personal candidate information, as well as the ability to advertise jobs for nothing.

“It’s a win-win situation – employers get a much better feel for the calibre of candidates out there and are free to approach who they want, while job hunters can build enhanced multi-media profiles which can include audio-visual components as well as links to social media channels, that are constantly searchable and viewable by potential employers.”
